On 2nd May, Quintessentially Hellas hosted the opening reception of “Shadow Life” at The MET hotel in Thessaloniki, welcoming over 100 guests for a stunning exhibition that was literally out of this world.
“Shadow Life” – following the success of “Shadows” – is an amazing take on human life created by photographer Vangelis Paterakis, a reincarnation of beautiful bodies far from their everyday perception. An art for the senses, his figures are a play of dark and light and emit an enchanting mood that can’t help but inspire the viewer.
The exhibition was held between 2nd and 9th May at The MET hotel in Thessaloniki – which recently opened its doors to the public – and coincided with other important exhibits in Thessaloniki’s Photo Biennale.
Part of the proceeds from the event was donated to Quintessentially Foundation and our partner charities.
